Music Revew: Sunrise Music by Neil Middleton

I really like this album Sunrise Music by Neil Middleton. I play it in class. I play it during my own practice. I've played it while driving stuck in crazy traffic and I've played it while relaxing and preparing dinner. It's great!

I'm wouldn't classify myself as an expert on music, but I know what I like and I find this album to be the perfect accompaniment to any yoga practice. The rhythms are peaceful and soothing and the harmonies are succinct. If you're looking for music to add to your library, then I suggest you check it out.

Neil is a classically trained musician based in Toronto, who also plays in his own rock band. He says "I decided to tackle the yoga music project after I started getting more and more into yoga. I practice at home with my girlfriend who is about to start teacher training. We use the music to help us transcend the city sounds and focus in on our personal practice."

Right on Neil. Thanks for your hard work, inspiration, creativity, and clarity. My practice is that much more elevated because of you!
