in the poses is what helps to really get in there and release all the built up tension and toxins. In class it feels really good to go deep in my poses but the next day I feel like rubber, am sore, groggy, and tired. It&amp;#39;s one of the main reasons I struggle with continuing my yoga practice while doing running training.
