Private Yoga
I'm available to teach yoga one-on-one or in a group setting for special events like bridal showers, bachelorette parties, weddings, birthdays and other special occasions.
Writing+ Web Content Development
I'm available to help with special projects, create articles, provide content for blogs, newsletters or other resources or just review what you're working on. I am also pretty tech savvy and love to work on social media projects, blogs and websites.
I have experience using Maildog and Constant Contact web applications, MindBody Online, Dreamweaver, Drupal, Blogger, WordPress, Facebook, Twitter, Hoot Suite, Flickr, LinkedIn, and Photobucket.
Organizing + Planning
I'm a yogi and writer, but I also have extensive experience in event planning, floral design and wedding coordination. I have worked at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC, owned and operated Atelier Floral Design, LLC and planned retreats and fund raising events, such as Karmafest, for Pure Prana Yoga Studio in Alexandria, VA. Let me put my skills to use to serve your next cause, event or retreat!

Letting it Flow: Yoga for Creative WritingFinding the right words to express ourselves is sometimes hard. With a relaxed mind and open heart, we can allow ourselves to discover our creative expression through words.
In this workshop we’ll use meditation, mantra, pranayama, and asana to open ourselves up and let go, so that the words flow. We’ll energize the second chakra, Swadhisthana, home of our creativity, and the fifth chakra, Vishuddha, where we purify and express that creativity. We’ll practice stream of consciousness writing and inquiry to get the creative juices flowing.
Come prepared with paper and pencil and unlock your creative writing potential!
Get Grounded
So often we walk around with our heads in the clouds and our feet barely touching the earth. This can leave us feeling unconnected, unsupported, anxious and stressed out. Grounding helps us to be present, calm, level headed and centered so we can handle whatever comes our way.In this vinyasa flow practice, we’ll develop our asanas starting from the ground up focusing on a steady and strong foundation and bringing balance to the lower chakras. We’ll talk about why it’s important to stay grounded and tips to help bring us back to center. We’ll literally get back to Mother Earth to feel solid and steady in our foundations and ready to take on the world!
This class is open to those with some yoga experience.
